Remember the previous time i blogged about meeting up my BFFs to have dinner at Fish and Co.? We were randomly discussing about going on an overseas trip and guess what?! It really came true. Within 2 weeks, we settled the air tickets, hotel and return trip online! So here i'm blogging about this 2D1N weekend Getaway! :D
Was damn excited the night before and was settling some online business till 2am, packed my laggage and had around 4 hours of sleep before heading to the airport!
Weeee! 2nd time flying on a plane! Except this is budget airline.
Spotted my plane flight details! 12.45pm - JetStar - Kuala Lumpur!

Group photo of us! We are traveling on Jetstar saver light which means we are not allowed to check-in luggage, only carry on bags. Guess how much is our air tickets? ONLY $35 each! OMG!!! Super damn cheap can! About the cost of a tee in town! :D
That's the plane!!! Jetstar departs from Terminal 1 instead of the budget terminal, meaning we can gai gai at the duty free area + we don't have to walk to our plane!
The seats is damn cramp, quite little leg space but what can we expect from a $35 ticket. Plus it's only a 45 mins ride. It's so freakin' fast that after we took off, camwhore-d abit and a toilet trip, they announced that we are landing -__-
In flight menu! Damn expensive but if the flight was longer, like a few hours, i might consider trying their food. Always wonder how budget airline food taste like...

Weeeee! Wanted the window seat but since it's Nurul's first time flying, she has the privilege. Had to pass the camera to her to help take the window shots....

Arrived at Kuala Lumpur international airport after 40mins!
Bought the KLIA express tickets at RM35 to get to the city.
Was feeling damn drowsy due to the motion sickness pills. Decided to take a short nap on the train. Didn't expect they to secretly take photos of me sleeping!!!! :(
After arriving at KL sentral, we still have to switch train to get to our hotel at Midvalley. Super damn crowded. Worse than Singapore 200x. Squeeze like mad.
Arrived at our hotel T 3pm! Boulevard hotel at Midvalley! It's a 4 star hotel ok! It's considered quite expensive to M'sians because it's around RM360 per night. I think for that price, it's quite worth it because it's super glam and clean. Even got bath tub somemore!!!!!! Which is one of my main requirements when choosing hotels ;)

Waste no time. After checking in to our hotel, unpack our luggage. We left the hotel, hail a cab and headed to times square! Realized the cabs in M'sia are now metered-based instead of the "name-your-price" kinda system like last time...
Arrived at Time square after cabbing for around 15 mins. Cheaper than what we expected! It was around RM12? Which is like SGD 5 only! I think cheaper than the 3 of us taking public transport. (Plus the public transport is super damn confusing!)
Times square is like one of KL's major shopping center. Like our far east but maybe 2 or 3 times bigger? The things there are quite cheap! Oh ya, there's also a indoor theme park inside the shopping center!!!!! The roller coaster looks damn scary can!
Nurul and Yah see tried to drag me to take the roller coaster. THANK GOD due to the time constraint, we did not enter the theme park. Gonna be a waste of $$ lor!

Next stop after times square, we decided to take the monorail to the famous Petaling street! It was almost dark when we reached there. Almost lost our way, had to ask passerby for directions. Feel damn proud when i communicate with the locals in Cantonese especially bargaining for cheaper price/taxi fare! MUAHAHA

When i told everyone that i changed SGD200 for this KL trip, everyone was like saying, "Wah lao, you go 2D1N only, change so much for what?!" Guess what? In the end i still have exchange $$ there lor. Not enough for me!!!
Decided to cab back to the Hotel as it was getting late. Left petaling street at around 9 plus. The first cab that we got quoted us RM20 to get back to our hotel, but we decided to get a metered-based cab instead. In the end it's only RM10 lor.

No time for proper dinner because the shops are closing so we decided to order pizza and also shop around the supermarket to get breakfast for the next day...
Warning: You should NEVER allow me to roam around freely in a supermarket.
I will just keep taking and taking non stop! As long as i feel like eating that particular snack, i will just take and put into my basket! All the cha pa lang food.
The result of the supermarket sprees -__- We are SUPPOSED to get breakfast for the next day. Not buy food to bring back to Singapore. In the end bring back to Singapore, waste luggage space and waste money also, sheng shiong also got.
Our dinner! Domino Pizza. 2 Pizza + Bread sticks and a 1.5L bottle of sprite!
Time to bathe!!! Must fully utilize the room facilities, so what we do is bathe using the rain shower with soap and shampoo while letting the bath tub fill up, then soak ourselves in hot water after that. (Note: we DID NOT bathe together -__-)
