Woke up at around noon today, thought of having Brunch and the first place that came up to my mind was Hatched! Always wanted to visit Hatched since forever but i read online that the outlet at Evans Road is not really accessible by public transport and the thought of traveling all the way to Bukit Timah from the east just to have eggs is quite disturbing, lol. But now there's another outlet at Holland Village and it's now easily accessible with circle line! YAYYYY

Exit the MRT station, see Wendy's/ Hong Kong Cafe and continue walking right and you will see Hatched!
Their "2012 Catalog Of Eggs" menu! Does it mean they will change their menu in 2 months time?
Love the interior design of the place, especially the dangling light bulbs ♥
I swear i looked through the menu like 3 or 4 times and still couldn't decide what to order! I then look around at what the neighboring tables are having, and try to match their dishes to the menu. Everything sound so appetizing!
I guess Egg benedicts are a must to order when at Hatched! One for $13, Two for $19!
Decided to create our own omelette too! Chose Bacon, Mushrooms and Sausage!
Sir Benedict (Poached eggs with bacon and ham on top of muffin) served with mash potato and fresh veggies! ($19)

Omelette (bacon, mushroom and sausage) served with toast! ($13) A little bland but the fillings were generous.
I would definitely visit Hatched again to try out their other egg dishes and also their desserts! I think it makes a good place for friends to gather and catch up with one another, after all this outlet is located at Holland Village! There's so many bars around, not forgetting ice cream outlets and coffee hideouts for after meal activities!
Decided to drop by island creamery for their ice cream!
